With more than 30 years’ experience in auditing, budgeting, financial and managerial accounting, Merian Castellano brings a depth of experience in small business and corporate environments to Always Best Care Senior Services. As Always Best Care’s Controller since 2006, Ms. Castellano oversees franchisee accounting programs, billing and collections for offices throughout the United States and Canada. She has grown with Always Best Care from its single-office beginnings in California to an international organization of more than 200 units.

David J. Caesar has more than 25 years of operations, sales and marketing experience. His background has been in high profile companies such as Procter & Gamble, Bacardi Imports, Kraft Foodservice and The LEGO Toy Company, where he served as Regional Merchandising Manager with responsibility for the western states. Always Best Care’s Vice President, Home Health, is a rare find – Ms. Rambow has personal care agency experience, private pay home health care agency experience, and Medicare certified home health care experience. She has been a Registered Nurse for 33 years in a variety of clinical settings, and is widely recognized as a home health industry leader and a nationally renowned expert. She has been a speaker at many industry events, including the Annual Private Duty Insider and the NAHC Conferences on Building Your Business, among others.
Senior Vice President, Area Operations
Elizabeth Brennen "grew up" in home health care. Her parents owned a home health care business at which she learned from the bottom up. Ms. Brennen has multi-state operations and sales experience in both Medicare home health and private duty agencies. Prior to joining ABC, Ms. Brennen managed eight Medicare branches and six personal care branches currently averaging $68 million in top line annual revenue, with responsibility for oversight and management of Medicare, commercial insurance, managed care and private duty business lines.
