Franchise Fees & Investment

The total investment necessary to begin operation of an Always Best Care Senior Services franchise ranges from $60,225 to $109,400. This includes the base franchise fee and estimated costs of travel and other expenses while training, three month's rent, furniture and fixtures, signage, office equipment, insurance, opening inventory, local advertising, computer equipment, licenses, professional fees and miscellaneous costs.

Your Franchise Development Specialist will explain these costs in detail, and they also may be found in the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).

The base franchise fee is $44,900 (including the total investment shown above).The franchise fee includes your initial supply of brochures, stationery, business cards, forms, checklists, contracts and coupons, plus polo-style shirts and a website that will be created for you according to our specifications.

Minority Fran Program

Always Best Care is proud to have been selected as one of the "50 Top Franchises for Minorities” by the National Minority Franchising Initiative in USA Today, and as one of the "Top 40 Franchises for African-Americans,” selected by Black Enterprise magazine. Through the MinorityFran Program, qualified franchisees will receive a special discount of 5 percent off franchise fees. This program was created by the International Franchise Association and in conjunction with the Small Business Administration.

Veteran Transition Program

Always Best Care is proud to have been selected by Military Times EDGE as one of the "Best Franchises for Veterans.” Through the Veteran Transition Program, qualified United States veterans will receive a special discount of 5 percent off franchise fees. This program was created by the International Franchise Association and the Department of Veterans Affairs in conjunction with the Small Business Administration.

Area Representative Fees & Investment

The total investment necessary to begin operation as an Always Best Care Area Representative ranges from $209,525 to $1,280,650. This typically includes an area with a minimum of 2,500,000 people in each defined area. Area Representatives share in both initial franchise fees paid by new franchisees who join the system, and in ongoing royalties from franchisees in their territories.
